J. Timothy Nardell has a broad civil-litigation and business practice. He brings extensive experience to commercial and business disputes, real-estate matters, and the defense and prosecution of claims involving unfair business practices and class actions. Mr. Nardell has successfully represented clients at every stage of the litigation process and on appeal, in both state and federal courts.
Before joining NCA, Mr. Nardell practiced with Cooley Godward LLP, Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP, and the Marin County District Attorney’s Office. His accomplishments have earned him recognition as a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2007, and he has taught as an adjunct professor of law at Golden Gate University.
