Houman Chitsaz

Houman Chitsaz is a litigator with a broad range of experience prosecuting and defending cases in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings. He has served as lead counsel for clients of every size — from individuals and homeowners associations to governmental entities and companies ranging from sole proprietorships to publicly traded corporations.

Mr. Chitsaz concentrates his practice in real estate, business disputes, construction, employment and personal-injury litigation. Active in the local legal community, he has served on the board of directors of the Marin County Bar Association and as president of its Barristers division.
